Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Grievance Handling. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of HR Generalist experience and be passionate about creating a positive workplace culture, resolving employee concerns, and driving engagement initiatives. The role requires working in the night shift to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
- Develop and implement programs to improve employee morale, motivation, and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
- Build and maintain healthy employee relations by addressing workplace concerns proactively.
- Conduct employee connect sessions, skip-level meetings, and feedback discussions.
- Support managers in handling employee concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Facilitate employee recognition and reward programs.




- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to recommend retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Support performance management, employee communication, and organizational initiatives.
- Maintain HR documentation and prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience.
- Handle other HR Generalist responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Hands-on experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Grievance Management.
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Willingness to work in the night shift (5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST).
