Role Description The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities in office at the Solapur South facility. This role coordinates workflow, allocates resources, and monitors production schedules to ensure that valves, balls, and rollers are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.

The Production

Supervisor leads and mentors production team members, provides hands-on guidance on processes, and ensures adherence to safety policies and operational procedures. The role involves tracking performance metrics, resolving production issues,



collaborating with maintenance and quality teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members.
- Knowledge of machining, metalworking, or industrial production processes, ideally related to valves, precision components, or similar products.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, safety standards, and compliance with relevant industrial regulations.
- Skills in planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to meet output, cost, and delivery targets.
- Ability to analyze production data, troubleshoot process issues, and support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and production reporting tools; familiarity with ERP or manufacturing systems is an advantage.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or comparable work experience in a production leadership role.
