- Operations Management Maintain operations to accept and complete any work received by EXCELLENT GASKET PRIVATE LIMITED without delay. Plan material immediately upon receipt of a work order; complete production the same day if materials are available. Escalate any issues, delays, or blockages to the Plant In Charge or Technical Director immediately without waiting. Ensure all production tasks and work orders are completed before the due date (aiming for same-day completion where possible). Timely deliver completed work orders to the dispatch department within the due date.

- Facility Upkeep Maintain all machinery and facilities to prevent breakdowns. Ensure daily machine maintenance, including cleaning before starting work and after completion. Keep the plant,



tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments clean, tidy, and properly organized. Ensure tools are returned to their designated places after use. Team Training &
- Housekeeping Practices Train department personnel on their specific responsibilities. Train machine operators on day-to-day operations and work culture. Ensure personnel practice 5 'S' principles daily. Inventory, Quality &
- Compliance Ensure sufficient material stocks are available in advance for processing. Maintain complete rejection and rework records. Implement and follow Integrated Management System (IMS) standards according to ISO-9001, ISO-14001, and ISO-45001.
