We're looking for an experienced, senior Product Owner who owns the backlog end-to-end and is genuinely excited to build solutions. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of hands-on PO experience, thrives on ambiguity, and has real enthusiasm for using AI in their day-to-day work — with an open, curious mindset toward learning new tools and ways of working.

Responsibilities
• Own and Manage the Product Backlog: Define, groom, and prioritize a well-structured backlog for your product area, ensuring alignment with clinical needs, regulatory requirements,



and business strategy. ensuring every item is clearly tied to product vision and business objectives.
• Prioritize with Judgment: Balance features, enhancements, bug fixes, and technical debt, and communicate the prioritization rationale transparently to stakeholders and the dev team.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage regularly with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and translate needs into explicit, actionable backlog items.
• Acceptance Criteria & Quality: Write precise, testable acceptance criteria and partner with engineering to make sure delivered work meets agreed standards before release.
• Drive Iteration Planning: Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning, staying available throughout the sprint to resolve ambiguity and keep the team unblocked.
