Sr. Manager, High Power — Lead the PSBU CCS High Power engineering team to deliver new products, customer solutions, and sustaining support for the high-power connector portfolio. You will set technical direction, build team capability, drive innovation, and ensure programs align to BU strategic imperatives and deliver long-term value

Our Team

You will lead the High Power team in PSBU, CCS (Bangalore), partnering closely with Product Management, customers, plants, vendors, project management, technology teams, and external forums/labs. The team is focused on high-power connectivity solutions, with strong linkage to data center market needs and fast execution

What You Will Do

Drive new product strategy and execution by working with PMs, customers, and technology communities to create differentiated high-power solutions that win business.
Own sustaining engineering performance by ensuring fast, effective support for released products (queries, quick samples, issue resolution) to protect and grow revenue.
Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, coaching,



mentoring, and PBM-based leadership, while scaling capability to meet roadmap needs.
Create a strong innovation culture by encouraging experimentation, continuous improvement, and the practical use of engineering tools (DFM/DFMEA/FEA/prototyping, etc.).
Anticipate customer and market needs (especially data center trends) and translate them into clear priorities, rapid decisions, and timely program delivery.
Accelerate development through collaboration by aligning engineering with plant operations, cross-functional partners, and project management to meet committed schedules.
Enable validation and readiness by partnering with vendors, safety agencies, and labs to develop components and secure required testing/approvals.
Represent engineering externally through customer visits and technical engagements to ensure solutions fit real applications and feedback loops are tight.
