Job Title: Senior Consultant (Cloud – GCP)
Job Summary:
Ensono’s Cloud Consultancy team is expanding to meet increasing client demand for complex, high-value cloud transformation projects, ranging from traditional lift-and-shift migrations to advanced platform modernization (VM to PaaS or serverless). We are seeking Senior Consultants to join our GCP team, delivering thought leadership and high-quality solutions for enterprise clients leveraging GCP public cloud.
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead client engagements from initial technical scoping through hands-on implementation of GCP environments. You will serve as a technical authority within the consultancy team, providing expertise and guidance to both clients and colleagues. The role also includes supporting internal innovation projects to develop recent GCP capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design workshops and articulate GCP product capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
Create solution design documentation and deliver technical presentations.




Scope projects and design solutions in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Mentor and upskill team members; serve as technical escalation point.
Deploy, configure, and optimize GCP environments and solutions.
Support integration, testing, and troubleshooting of GCP solutions.
Provide technical governance and oversight for client engagements.
Conduct peer reviews of technical documentation.
Define and maintain technical standards and best practices.
Contribute to product development and internal capability building.
Lead and execute migration projects involving servers and applications from private cloud or on-premises environments to GCP public cloud, including assessment, planning, execution, and optimization.
Ensure successful migration of mission-critical workloads, including re-platforming, re-hosting, and modernization as needed.
