Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with a strong hunting mindset to bring in new business for Zyeta's Commercial Interior Design & Build
This is a pure hunting role where you will identify recent clients, generate leads, fix meetings, build relationships, and convert opportunities into projects. You will work with Corporate Clients, CRE Teams, Architects, PMCs,



Consultants, and Channel Partners to grow Zyeta's business and achieve sales targets

Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Clients, Architects, Consultants, PMCs, IPCs, Real Estate Developers, and Channel Partners.
Generate new business through networking, industry events, real estate forums, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Meet decision-makers to understand client requirements and present Zyeta's Design & Build solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business opportunities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Track market trends, upcoming commercial real estate developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the Design, Estimation, and Project teams to
