This role sits within the Regional Marketing team which supports the Global Recruitment Team (GRT) and agent network through integrated marketing activities, including sales enablement, events, social media, digital campaigns, and email marketing, while providing local market expertise for global and direct-to-consumer campaigns within India.

Based in India, this role works closely with the Marketing Manager, India to support marketing activities for Oxford International India and the Global Recruitment Team to achieve business objectives.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with experience in client relationship management, social media marketing, collateral development, digital campaigns, events and customer marketing - across both business and consumer audiences.

The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing, with experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and campaign execution. Higher education marketing experience is an advantage.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Organic Social Media

The incumbent manages OI India’s organic social media presence by planning content calendars, creating and publishing content, engaging with audiences, monitoring performance, and ensuring all activity aligns with brand and marketing objectives.

Content Creation & Copywriting
