Job Description
We're seeking a talented and passionate Demi Chef De Partie to join our culinary team in Chennai, India. In this role, you'll work as a junior chef responsible for managing a specific station within our professional kitchen. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation while supporting our Head Chef and senior kitchen staff.

Maintain your assigned station in a clean, organized, and efficient manner at all times, adhering to health and safety standards
Prepare dishes according to established recipes and plating standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate that leaves the kitchen
Minimize food waste and manage portion control to help keep food costs aligned with budget targets
Receive and inspect daily produce deliveries, verifying quality, weights, and temperature to ensure only the best ingredients are used
Maintain all working utensils, equipment, and tools in optimal condition to maximize their lifespan and operational capacity
Collaborate with team members across different stations to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
Complete all prep work, setup, and closing duti
