Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in performing daily reconciliations and validating transactional accuracy.
Support investigation of basic accounting variances and discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain reports and logs related to financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and controls.
Collaborate with senior team members to resolve exceptions or errors.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for assigned processes.
Skills And Abilities
Basic understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email writing.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting is mandatory
Supervisory Responsibilities
