Role Description The Business Development Executive will work full time in office in Bangalore, focusing on generating new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships across IT Infrastructure Services and Cyber Security Solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and preparing tailored proposals and presentations. The Business Development Executive will track pipeline activities, maintain accurate CRM records, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to sales planning and revenue targets. Own and work a 500-contact database of interior designers, co-working space operators, and industrial and manufacturing companies in and around Bangalore.
• Plan round-robin field visits; log every visit and outcome in the CRM the same day.
• Run monthly mailers and LinkedIn engagement with support from the campaign manager.
• Generate qualified site-survey opportunities for structured cabling and IT infrastructure projects.
• Own two-wheeler and valid licence (conveyance paid separately).
• Candidate should have own laptop.
• Should be comfortable with daily targets and biometric attendance.
Compensation
• Rs 20,000 fixed monthly salary + Rs 1,000 mobile allowance (company SIM).
• Conveyance reimbursed at Rs 3,000-4,000 per month for bike use (at actual).
• Sales incentives on converted projects (structure agreed at offer stage).
