Prodapt is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Leader to own and drive end-to-end relationships across our operating regions with our critical cloud data & analytics partners. You'll lead co-selling initiatives and joint GTM execution across EMEA, Americas, and APAC while partnering with product, engineering, and sales teams. This role requires 7+ years of partnership management experience, proven ability to influence 6-7 figure deals, and demonstrated leadership across diverse regions.
Responsibilities
Own global end-to-end relationships with partnership leader stakeholders; develop and execute annual partnership plans with explicit co-sell, technical, and revenue targets
Identify and activate global joint customer opportunities; coordinate multi-region deal execution with pre-sales, technical validation, and manage time zone coordination with seamless regional handoffs
Assess and develop partnerships across all global markets; coordinate with regional sales/alliances teams to embed locally and build cross-regional synergies; track competitive positioning and market opportunities along with building pipeline
Maintain working understanding of integration roadmaps; support development of partner-ready technical collateral and serve as liaison between partners and Product/Engineering teams
Collaborate with internal solution stakeholders on partnership strategy alignment; work with alliances leaders for consistent messaging and joint GTM approach; coordinate with sales and marketing on joint initiatives
Maintain partner health scorecards and engagement metrics; report quarterly on partnership KPIs (co-sell pipeline, revenue, deal wins); coordinate partner training and joint marketing efforts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business management or computer science or engineering.
7+ years in partner relationship management, strategic alliances, or channel partnerships in reseller, consulting & implementation and Build/technology partner programs
