We work at the intersection of strategy, systems, and scale. We're now building our sales function from the ground up, and we're looking for our first dedicated hire to own it.
About the Role
This is a high-ownership, high-reward sales role for someone hungry to prove themselves. You will drive current business end to end, from finding leads to closing deals, with direct mentorship from the founder. Perform, and you'll grow into leading your own sales team within months. This is not a routine desk job. Your income is directly tied to your effort.





Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through outreach, LinkedIn, DMs, and referrals
Qualify prospects and identify genuine buying intent
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
Manage the full sales cycle and close deals (with founder support in early months)
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline
Consistently hit and exceed monthly targets
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
High drive and hunger to earn, motivated by commission and growth
Resilience and a positive attitude toward rejection
Coachable, low ego, eager to learn
Any prior sales exposure is a plus (ed-tech, insurance, real estate, or similar). Freshers with clear hustle are strongly encouraged to apply.
