Team Member-Retail Asset Operations is responsible for the execution of loan disbursements of Mortgages (including construction Finance), Personal loans, Business loans & Digital LOB. Role would include fund transfer with respect to customer refunds as well. He/She will be responsible for ensuring correct disbursements to the beneficiary accounts & to also ensure zero processing errors on the same.

Currently ranked within the top 25 NBFCs of India, ABFL has made significant progress.
The retail Asset division caters to the financing needs of Individuals, SME & mid size corporates through the product suite of secured lending (mortages/construction finance) as well as unsecured lending (Personal loans & business loans)
in the form of terms loans & LOC.
The retail asset division also caters to the digital LOB through SME loans, open market personal loans & sales finance (consumer durables). The Operations activity starts once a loan has been sanctioned by the Credit Risk function. They are responsible for document scrutiny and end-to-end loan disbursement/ transaction management activity as well some post disbursement processes. The loan disbursement process initiation and customer service activities are handled at a zonal level while a centralised team handles all loan repayment schedules. The zonal level structure will have front end and back end operations.
