Designation - Solutions Delivery Analyst
Key Expectations
Execute ongoing operations tasks with high ownership and accountability. Execution of wealth delivery processes in accordance with documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Identify operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of participant and plan administration issues.
The colleague will support day‑to‑day client operations, resolves participant and processing issues within defined guidelines, and escalates exceptions or risks as appropriate
Deliver work in line with client SLAs and quality standards.
Actively collaborate with Cross functional and cross shore teams to meet client requirements.
Contribute effectively to daily huddles, status meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of US Pension / 401k domain, client plan provisions, processing guidelines, and SLA metrics.
Accountability and ownership
Ability to perform complex benefit processes and calculations requiring analysis and interpretation.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for researching and resolving complex benefits issues.
Good written and verbal communication skills are important.
Ability to document workflows and processes clearly and concisely.

Role Description
The Solutions Delivery Analyst is responsible for executing ongoing operational tasks while continuously identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize processes.
