Role
We are a fast-growing global EOR platform operating across multiple countries
and currencies. We are looking for a high-ownership Accountant to support
financial reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and MIS in a dynamic, evolving
environment.
This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, comfort with ambiguity, and
the ability to bring structure to quick-moving operations. The ideal candidate
will have hands-on consolidation experience and strong working knowledge of
NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly Reporting & MIS
* Prepare monthly management reports including consolidated P&L;, Balance Sheet,
and cash flow
* Deliver structured variance analysis (budget vs actuals, country-wise and
product-wise performance)
* Support preparation of investor and leadership reporting packs
