? We're Hiring: Ecommerce Executive – Marketplaces & Quick Commerce

About us:
Nourish Mantra is a fast-growing beauty, skincare and personal care brand. Our range includes brow and eyelash growth serums, lip care, grey coverage sticks, hair styling and finishing products, skincare essentials and wellness drops — clean, effective formulations built for everyday use.

We're scaling aggressively across marketplaces and quick commerce, and we're looking for someone to fully own that growth.

? Location: South Delhi
? Experience: 3–4 years
? Salary: ₹50,000 per month
? Type: Full-time, on-site

Key responsibilities:

1. Marketplace management
• Own day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho, Purplle and Ajio
• Create and optimise listings — titles, bullets, keywords, images, A+ content and brand stores
• Maintain catalogue accuracy, variant mapping and category placement

2. Quick commerce
• Manage Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and BigBasket end to end
• Track city-wise availability, dark store stock and fill rates




• Coordinate PO fulfilment, appointments and dispatch with the supply chain team

3. Growth & advertising
• Plan and run marketplace ad campaigns — sponsored products, brands and display
• Own the promo calendar — deals, coupons, bank offers and sale events like Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, Pink Friday
• Improve ROAS, ad share and organic ranking for priority SKUs

4. Commercials & compliance
• Monitor pricing parity, buy box, competition and margin per channel
• Track account health, listing quality scores, returns and claims
• Manage reconciliation, settlements and platform disputes

5. Analytics & reporting
• Share weekly and monthly reports — sales, ad spends, ROAS, contribution margin, stock cover
• Use data to decide what to push, what to fix and what to drop

6. New launches
• Take current products live across all channels with complete content, pricing and launch plan
