The AI/Automation Technical Leader – AI and Agentic Solutions is a hands-on delivery leader role responsible for designing, building, deploying, and scaling AI- and automation-enabled solutions within Trane Technologies.



This role turns business and employee needs into working AI and Automation solutions by designing and delivering agents, backend services, APIs, integrations, orchestration logic, and reusable technical components

This role requires strong software engineering, solution architecture, automation, and applied AI expertise, along with the ability to partner closely with stakeholders to turn business opportunities into production-ready solutions. The individual in this role will help move AI capabilities from concept to production while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, and reusable components that support enterprise adoption.
