We are looking for a detail-oriented and operationally strong Drupal Web Operations Specialist to support enterprise web publishing and digital content operations for a large global organization.

Role
This is a full-time, in office role for a Drupal Web Operations located in Bengaluru. This role will focus on managing web content, ensuring a high-quality publishing experience, maintaining content governance, and supporting the day-to-day execution of web updates across Drupal.
This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with Marketing, Content, and other internal teams to deliver accurate, timely, and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate has strong Drupal CMS experience, excellent web content management skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
Drupal CMS Content Management
Manage and maintain content within the Drupal CMS platform.
Support website updates, page publishing, content edits, and content lifecycle management.
Ensure content is formatted correctly, follows brand standards, and is published accurately across global sites.
Act as a point of contact for Drupal content updates, content structure questions, and publishing support.
Web Operations & Publishing
Support day-to-day website operations including content publishing, page updates, QA checks, and change coordination.
Help maintain a smooth and efficient publishing workflow for marketing and content teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure website changes are completed accurately and on schedule.
Recommend and implement enhancements within the Drupal admin panel to improve usability, content experience, and publishing efficiency for end users.
Assist with content reviews, issue resolution, and ongoing site maintenance.
Streamline web request intake and publishing workflows using collaboration/project management tools to improve operational
