Job Overview:
This role supports McDermott’s Global Sustainability & Governance function by leading and supporting the implementation of the company’s Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) Programme, SA8000 certification readiness and maintenance, and broader social accountability and labour rights management systems. The role provides technical expertise across human rights risk management, responsible supply chains, worker welfare, and international labour standards, ensuring alignment with client requirements, national legislation, and international frameworks such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), ILO conventions, OECD Due Diligence Guidance, IFC Performance Standards, and SA8000. The position supports corporate initiatives, project execution, fabrication yards, and supply chain partners globally,



enabling consistent and auditable implementation of human rights commitments across McDermott operations.
