POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Analysis Lead Analyst, Client Analysis & Consultation position provides analytics support and insights to assist clients to understand the drivers of their pharmacy costs, expectations for future costs, and clinical solutions to help them manage their costs to meet their budget goals.




Analysts will lead the development of client-specific financial analyses, trend insights, and custom reporting deliverables. Analysts will partner with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable analytics that support client strategy and decision making.
Additional work includes managing client guarantee performance, supporting enterprise projects, and working to enhance finance team efficiency through the development of improved financial models and best practices.
Analysts will develop a deep understanding of the pharmacy benefits management (PBM) industry including drivers of trend, pipeline for new medications and financial impact, competitive setting, and solutions that can be used to control costs.
