Role Description This is a full-time, in office Production Planning Engineer role based in Sadar.

The Production Planning

Engineer will plan and schedule daily and weekly production activities to meet order deadlines and optimize resource utilization.

Responsibilities include analyzing capacity and material availability, coordinating with procurement and production teams, and updating production plans based on real-time shop floor feedback. The role involves monitoring production performance, identifying bottlenecks, recommending process improvements, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.





The Production Planning

Engineer will also prepare reports, maintain planning documentation, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and general planning skills to develop and manage efficient, realistic schedules.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, forecast requirements, and resolve capacity or material constraints.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with production, procurement, quality, and management teams.
- Knowledge of industrial engineering principles to improve workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or production planning, preferably in discrete or toy/consumer goods manufacturing.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and planning or ERP tools, along with basic understanding of inventory control.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced production environment.
