The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and as per approved quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, batch sheets, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor manpower, raw material usage, equipment, and production output.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Maintain production records, batch documents, and inventory-related entries.
- Ensure proper cleaning, housekeeping, and food-safety practices in the production area.
- Minimise production losses, wastage, and process deviations.
- Train and guide production workers on operational and safety procedures.
- Report production status, breakdowns, deviations, and material requirements to management.
