Role Description The Production Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Haveli.

The Production

Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations, including planning production schedules, managing shop floor activities, and ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This role coordinates resources, supervises production staff, monitors equipment performance, and implements safety and compliance procedures.

Manager also works with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement in processes and productivity. Regular reporting, problem-solving, and hands-on engagement with machinery and processes are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications





- Strong production and operations management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments, preferably with equipment such as storage tanks, fans, conveyors, or dust collectors.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in using production planning tools, basic ERP or inventory systems, and standard office software.
- Effective leadership abilities to supervise teams, delegate tasks, provide feedback, and support training and development.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Haveli, including spending significant time on the shop floor and around industrial equipment.
- Previous experience as a Production Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a manufacturing or engineering company is an advantage.
