Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee the production operations of our water purifier manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in water purifier production, assembly processes, quality control, production planning, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations while maintaining quality standards and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time while maintaining product quality.
- Manage the complete manufacturing process, including assembly, testing, packaging, and dispatch.
- Monitor production efficiency and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
- Lead and manage production staff, supervisors, and operators.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and MIS documentation.
- Reduce production costs by minimizing material wastage and improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Water Purifier Manufacturing processes.




- Experience in production planning and line balancing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control and process improvement.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Production or Operations Management will be an advantage.

Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in the Water Purifier Manufacturing Industry.
- Hands-on experience in RO, UV, UF Water Purifier production and assembly lines is mandatory.
- Experience in managing production teams and achieving daily production targets.
