: Production Manager

Job Overview The Production Manager oversees the end-to-end manufacturing of modular kitchen systems and customized wardrobe furniture. You will transform interior design blueprints into high-quality finished products while managing factory operations, machinery, material yields, and production timelines.

Core Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage production operations including planning, scheduling, and quality control.
- Develop and implement production strategies and policies.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Manage production budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the factory floor production team.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in production management.




- Prepare and present production reports and updates to senior management.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Convert detailed design drawings into technical cutting lists.
- Optimize raw material utilization to minimize waste of boards, laminates, and hardware.
- Machine Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of edge-banders, CNC routers, panel saws, and boring machines.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 7 years managing production in a modular kitchen or panel-based furniture factory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, IMOS, Cabinet Vision, or similar wood manufacturing software.
- Deep understanding of MDF, HDF, commercial plywood, laminates, acrylics, and hardware (Blum, Hettich, Hafele).
- Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting industrial woodworking machinery.
