You will be responsible for ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining quality control, optimizing workflow, and managing a team of production staff. Your goal is to streamline operations and improve efficiency while upholding the highest standards of quality.

- Manage day-to-day production operations for the furniture line.

- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Supervise and lead a team of production workers and technicians.

- Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the production process.





- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.

- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to facilitate production of new products.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise.
