Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee end-to end production for corporate events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in event production, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and project management, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end production for corporate events and exhibitions. Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and internal teams for seamless project execution. Oversee in office installation, execution, and dismantling activities.
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards. Plan and monitor production schedules, timelines, and resource allocation. Supervise exhibition stall fabrication and event setup.
Review and manage corporate event element sheets and production plans.
Negotiate with vendors to optimize costs and ensure timely cost closure. Maintain project documentation, reports, and production records. Resolve production issues and ensure smooth execution on event days.
Collaborate with design and operations teams to meet client requirements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality guidelines.
