To lead and manage the production operations across our three manufacturing units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, Production Targets, quality control, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery while aligning production activities with the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning:

Develop and execute the overall production strategy across all three manufacturing units, aligning with the company's business objectives and growth plans.

Implement best practices in manufacturing, lean methodologies, and automation to optimize production processes.

Forecast production needs, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet demand efficiently.

Operational Excellence & Efficiency:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure seamless workflow, minimize bottlenecks, and maximize throughput across all units.

Identify and implement process improvements, technological advancements, and operational efficiencies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

Drive initiatives for continuous improvement (e.g., Kaizen, 5S) throughout the manufacturing process.

Production Targets & Performance Management:

Set, monitor, and achieve challenging production targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for volume, efficiency, and quality across all units.

Analyze production data, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent performance.





Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges, and proposed solutions to senior management.

Quality Control & Assurance:

Establish and enforce rigorous quality control standards and procedures across all manufacturing stages.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal quality policies.

Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement robust preventive measures.

Cost Management & Budgeting:

Manage production budgets effectively, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or safety.

Oversee resource utilization (materials, labor, machinery) to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness.

Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships to secure favorable terms for production inputs.

Timely Delivery & Supply Chain Coordination:

Collaborate closely with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and the productive dispatch of finished goods.

Implement robust production scheduling to meet customer deadlines and reduce lead times.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of production managers, supervisors, and staff across all units.

Foster a positive and safe working environment, promoting employee engagement, training, and qualified growth.

Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
