Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage production activities, including planning, scheduling, and controlling to meet customer requirements.

- Oversee injection molding, blow molding, compression molding processes to ensure quality products.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to molds, toolings, and equipment maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working setting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-11 years of experience in plastic industry with expertise in CIPET certification or equivalent qualification.

- Strong knowledge of plastic technology (injection moulding machine operation).

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
