Job Title: Production Engineer – Precast(Civil Department)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee daily operations in our precast manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising production activities, ensuring product quality, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and execute daily precast concrete production activities.
- Supervise reinforcement fabrication, mould preparation, concrete pouring, curing, demoulding, and finishing processes.
- Monitor daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of targets.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control, Planning, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material utilization to maximize productivity.
- Minimize material wastage and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain daily production records, ERP entries, and production reports.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure housekeeping and workplace safety within the production area.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in precast concrete manufacturing or a similar production environment (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply, if applicable).
- Knowledge of precast production processes, concrete technology, and reinforcement works.
- Familiarity with IS/BIS standards related to precast concrete.
- Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
- Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
