About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated Foundry Engineer to oversee and improve foundry operations, ensuring high-quality casting production, process efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Our ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in foundry processes with strong technical knowledge of metallurgy, molding, melting, and casting operations.

Experience in centrifugal casting will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day foundry operations including melting, molding, pouring, and finishing processes

- Monitor and control process parameters to ensure consistent casting quality

- Troubleshoot casting defects such as shrinkage, porosity, cracks, and inclusions

- Implement process improvements to reduce rejection rate and increase productivity

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards





- Coordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams

- Maintain process documentation and production reports

- Assist in developing current casting processes and product development

- Optimize raw material usage and control production costs

Requirements: &

Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in foundry operations

- Strong understanding of metallurgy and casting processes

- Knowledge of moulding materials, and furnace operations along with Melting of Non Ferrous Copper and Alloy

- Experience in quality inspection techniques and defect analysis

- Familiarity with centrifugal casting processes (preferred/added advantage)
