Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Senior Assistant to support end-to-end furniture production operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, design, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely production, quality control, material planning, and smooth project execution from order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and monitoring production schedules across carpentry, polishing, upholstery, and metalwork.
- Coordinate with vendors and prepare job orders.
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct quality inspections during and after production.
- Coordinate material requisition and allocation.
- Support logistics, deliveries, and site installations.
- Track post-delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with product costing and production documentation.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and inspections.
- Support design and sales teams during client meetings and product reviews.
- Maintain production trackers and reports using Microsoft Excel.




- Assist in market research and collect project documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Engineering, Production Management, Furniture Design, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in furniture production or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Basic spoken Hindi.
- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and willingness to work on the shop floor.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of furniture materials and production methods.
- AutoCAD knowledge.
- Adobe Photoshop knowledge.
- Understanding of furniture design and aesthetics.
- Basic Gujarati language skills.
