Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute events from pre-production to final delivery.

- Coordinate with vendors such as fabricators, printers, technical partners, manpower suppliers, etc.

- Prepare BOQs, production plans, timelines, and checklists

- Manage logistics, transportation, and material movement

- Supervise on-site installation, execution, and dismantling

- Ensure quality control and timely execution as per client requirements

- Coordinate with internal teams (Client Servicing / Creative / Accounts)

- Handle multiple projects and manage last-minute operational challenges

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-5 years experience in Event Production / Operations / Activations

- Knowledge of fabrication, branding materials, staging, and event setup

- Solid vendor coordination and negotiation skills

- Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours

- Willingness to travel for outstation events

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, vendor costing, and documentation
