Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves patient coordination, clinical data collection, device operation, and close collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure the smooth execution of clinical studies and research activities.

In addition, the Product Specialist will support customer demonstrations and presentations, deliver product training, represent Bioscan Research at conferences and exhibitions, and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and healthcare institutions to facilitate product adoption, gather clinical insights, and strengthen scientific collaborations. The role also serves as a key link between clinical, engineering, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring effective communication of product knowledge and customer feedback to support continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform patient scans using the CEREBO® device in accordance with study protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Accurately complete Case Report Forms (CRFs),



maintain clinical records, and ensure high-quality, compliant data collection.
- Coordinate with investigators, clinicians, ethics committees, and hospital staff to ensure the smooth execution of clinical studies and timely patient enrolment.
- Schedule patient visits, coordinate follow-up assessments, and maintain effective communication with participating sites.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and protocol compliance.
- Provide product training and operational support to clinicians, technicians, research staff, and new team members.
- Deliver product demonstrations, customer presentations, and hands-on training sessions for healthcare professionals and prospective users.
- Support customer onboarding, installation activities, and respond to product-related operational queries.
- Represent Bioscan Research at conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and scientific meetings by demonstrating products and engaging with healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators, and clinical partners

Qualifications

- Background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related fields
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Comfortable working in hospital and clinical environments
- Willingness to travel and work at clinical sites if required
- Prior experience in clinical research, medical devices, or healthcare projects is preferred

Previous experience in the healthcare, biotech, or medical device industry is a plus
