We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Manager (Fresher) to join our growing team. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements.
2. Conduct market and competitor research.
3. Work with designers and developers to support product development.
4. Help define product features and prioritize the product backlog.
5. Analyze customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
6. Track product performance using basic analytics and prepare reports.
7. Participate in sprint planning, testing, and product launches.




8. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle.
4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
5. Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, Excel, or Google Sheets is preferred.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
7. Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
8. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
9. Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, or wireframing tools is an added advantage.
