Role Description

This is NOT a traditional Product Manager role.

Mario Foods is building technology-led solutions to improve sales productivity, market execution and business growth.

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can take a problem all the way from:

Understand → Design → Build → Test → Launch → Measure → Improve

You will work directly with business teams to understand problems, design UI/UX, build prototypes and applications using AI-powered development tools, launch products and continuously improve them.

What you’ll own

- Product strategy & roadmap




- Business problem → product solution
- UI/UX, user journeys, wireframes & prototypes
- AI-assisted application development
- Product testing, UAT & releases
- APIs, databases & application architecture
- Product analytics & continuous improvement
- Building technology that delivers measurable business outcomes The expectation is:

AI is a critical requirement for this role.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable building, not just writing requirements and managing an external technology agency.

Experience with AI coding assistants, no-code/low-code AI tools, Figma, web/mobile applications and modern product development will be highly relevant.
