Role Summary

Lead the endtoend product build of the Digital Gold consumer app, working closely with the engineering team. Own the MVP from concept launch, ensuring highquality delivery across KYC, payments, buy/sell flows, ledger, and support experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Digital Gold consumer app.

- Translate business, compliance and operational requirements into explicit product specifications.

- Ensure highvelocity, highquality delivery.

- Lead design sprints, decision frameworks, and crossfunctional alignment (Ops, Compliance, Growth, Partnerships).

- Ensure KYC/AML flows, pricing logic, payment rails, and ledger operations are compliant and robust.

- Own analytics instrumentation, data model requirements,



and product performance dashboards.

- Drive continuous improvement postlaunch through user feedback, cohorts and experiments.

Requirements

- 510 years of product experience in fintech / payments / wealth / lending.

- Strong track record of zerotoone product launches.

- Experience managing engineering / vendor teams.

- Understanding of KYC, payments, reconciliation or ledger systems.

- Excellent PRD writing, problemsolving and project leadership skills.

- Comfortable working in a fastpaced, ambiguous startup environment.
