Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support global Life Sciences in its AI-led Product Development Lifecycle (AI-PDLC) transformation. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile delivery across cross-functional engineering teams while driving AI-enabled engineering practices, delivery governance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. Experience in regulated Life Sciences environments and managing enterprise software development programs is highly desirable.

Role and responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Drive Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional teams comprising Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA,



Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and DevOps.
- Support adoption of AI-PDLC practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Track sprint progress, release planning, dependencies, risks, and impediments, ensuring timely resolution.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor Agile delivery metrics, sprint velocity, burndown, cycle time, predictability, and quality KPIs.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, engineering leadership, and delivery teams to ensure transparent communication and delivery governance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering productivity, quality, and AI adoption.
- Support release planning, PI planning (if applicable), and cross-team coordination.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, quality, and GxP delivery processes.
