The platform addresses complex logistics needs such as shipment tracking by Bill of Lading, AWB, or reference number, and inline ISF and AMS filing for US and Canada imports. CargoEZ also integrates rate management, CRM, and finance in an AI-driven environment to help freight forwarders quote faster, file accurately, and scale efficiently. The company serves customers across the US, Canada, and the Middle East, supporting forwarders looking to modernize and grow their operations.

Role Description This is a full-time Product Manager role based in Chennai, offered in a hybrid model that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Product

Manager will drive the product roadmap for CargoEZ’s freight forwarding platform, gathering and prioritizing requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, and market research. Day-to-day activities include translating logistics workflows into explicit product specifications, collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams, and overseeing feature development from concept through launch. The role involves defining success metrics,



analyzing product performance, and iterating based on user feedback and data insights.

The Product

Manager will also support go-to-market efforts, partner with sales and customer success, and ensure the product delivers measurable value to freight forwarders in all served regions.

Qualifications

- Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise software, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain domains.
- Ability to translate complex business workflows into clear user stories and product specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Collaboration skills for working with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment and customer-facing discussions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products, APIs, and integrations across CRM, finance, and operations systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant product management certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a hybrid work environment and ability to manage responsibilities both on-site in Chennai and remotely.
