Product Manager

Decide what we build next and — harder — what we don't. You'll work directly with the founder on the parts of the ecosystem that decide whether a student improves.

Responsibilities

- Run discovery with real aspirants and turn it into a defensible roadmap
- Write specs sharp enough that engineering rarely has to guess
- Instrument what ships and report results honestly, including the misses
- Own the funnel from first visit to a student who actually prepares daily
- Say no often and explain why

Requirements

- 3+ years in product, ideally on a consumer or prosumer product
- Comfortable in the data yourself — SQL, not just dashboards
- Evidence of shipping things that moved a number
- Clear writing; most of the job is written

Preferred Skills Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.

- Edtech, assessment or exam-prep background
- Experience with freemium conversion and pricing
- Design sensibility solid enough to prototype an idea
