Your Impact OR Responsibilities:

Key Responsibility statement:

Configure and support Event Management to process and correlate alerts from monitoring tools.
Assist in implementing ITOM components (basic Discovery/Event rules) to improve infrastructure monitoring.
Monitor event queues and alerts, ensuring timely triage and resolution of issues.
Collaborate with support teams to fine-tune event rules, thresholds, and alert noise reduction.




Perform basic troubleshooting of integration issues between monitoring tools and ServiceNow.
Maintain documentation and follow standard processes for consistent event handling and operations.

Improve incident response time by enabling effective event correlation and alert prioritization.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow with exposure to ITOM and Event Management.
