Job Description
Experience:
7+ years of skilled experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative design, with demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance creative efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development & Visual Storytelling
Conceptualize and deliver high-quality visual communication assets aligned with global marketing and business objectives.
Design original creative assets including campaign visuals, infographics, illustrations, digital ads,



presentations, and brand collateral.
Translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that drive engagement and brand impact.
Create integrated campaign designs adaptable across digital, print, social, and multimedia platforms.
AI-Driven Creative Design
Lead the adoption and integration of AI-powered design tools into the creative workflow to improve speed, scalability, innovation, and productivity.
Leverage generative AI platforms for creating high-quality visual assets including images, videos, presentations, digital campaigns, and social media creatives.
Apply effective prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI-generated outputs and refine them into brand-ready assets.
Establish best practices for ethical, responsible, and brand-compliant use of generative AI in design processes.

Partner with global and regional marketing, communication, and business
