Objectives of this Role
? Experience in Managing complex programs end to end including defining program objectives, perks, creating roadmap, measuring progress and rollouts
? Proven experience managing diverse project types such as enterprise platforms, internal tools, and client-facing applications. Exposure to any domains like Gen AI, IT modernization, digital transformation, ERP or marketing technology is highly desirable.
? Build and develop the global project team to ensure project/product rollouts in different markets, maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
? Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
? To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
? Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines,



and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
? Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
? Strong capability in forecasting, resource loading and aligning team capacity with delivery timelines.
? Hands-on experience with change control processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during deployments or updates.
? Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, quality metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction to measure and drive project success.

? Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
? Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print
