Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Designer to join our Mobile / Containerized Design team. The ideal candidate will have 5+years of relevant experience, preferably in water treatment containerized design and current asset design engineering.
This role requires strong engineering expertise, including the ability to review documents and drawings produced by the Gradiant Global Engineering Center in India and/or outsourced engineering consultants. Electrical & Instrumentation Designer will lead Asset design and implement the asset design process, tools, best practices, safety reviews and team training / mentoring.
Responsibilities
Develop electrical and instrumentation designs for WTP/ETP/ZLD/Desal projects.
Interpret and prepare P&IDs; related to E&I; discipline.
Prepare SLD diagrams, earthing layouts, lighting layouts, and related supports.
Design MCC/PLC room layouts and transformer equipment layouts.
Plan and design cable tray routing and supports for electrical/instrumentation systems.
Generate cable routing in AutoCAD, Plant 3D (on skid/off skid) considering junction box segregation and panel locations.
