About the Role:

Do you understand your way around SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation, inbox placement, ESPs, spam filters, and email marketing performance metrics?

More importantly, can you turn technical email deliverability jargon into clear, engaging, and commercially valuable content?

Mailora (Affiliated to Resolute - usemailora.com & emailresolute.com )is looking for an experienced Content Specialist who understands email marketing, enjoys writing for SaaS and B2B audiences, and knows how to build visibility across search engines, AI platforms, LinkedIn, and other skilled communities.

The ideal candidate will be capable of creating authoritative blog articles, founder-led LinkedIn content, website copy,



product content, email campaigns, social media posts, and educational resources.
This is not a general content-writing role. We are looking for someone who can understand a technical product, work closely with subject-matter experts, and turn complex ideas into content that educates audiences, builds trust, improves discoverability, and supports business growth.

Those who have previously written about inboxing, email authentication, sender reputation, email infrastructure, campaign performance, or email marketing tools will find this role particularly relevant.
