Role & Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow ITOM modules (CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Event Management) tailored for CPG client environments.
Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate IT operations and align with CPG industry SLAs.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (AWS/Azure, Ansible, Service Graph, APM, SCCM) to enable end-to-end IT visibility and automation.
Optimize CMDB population and health using ServiceNow Discovery and Service Graph for accurate dependency mapping in CPG infrastructure.
Support incident, change, and problem management processes by enhancing ServiceNow’s ITOM capabilities with CPG-specific logic and reporting.
Collaborate with CPG clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable, auditable ServiceNow solutions.
