MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
* 2 years of experience in operations such as in data analytics, trust and
safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
* 2 years of experience with data analysis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
* Experience with identifying abuse trends or working in policy.
* Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
* Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across
geographies.
* Ability to use data to drive strategy and business action.
* Solid problem solving skills, including using data to drive strategy and
business action.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the
biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They
use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and
proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across
Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team,

As a PEM dedicated to enforcing the policies of YouTube’s Partner Program, you
will help drive the overall strategy and enforcement approach for all policies

Policy Development, Product, Engineering, Legal, Ads Policy and Scaled Abuse to
operationalize scalable policies that minimize brand risk to the platform while
