Role Overview
We are seeking a confident and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to serve as the point of contact for our Representatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and be capable of resolving customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Make follow-up calls to representatives regarding enquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
Respond to representative queries received through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.




Resolve concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
Build strong customer relationships through courteous and empathetic communication.
Collect feedbacks and share insights with internal teams.
Ensure timely responses and maintain high service quality standards.
Represent Creykid Toys & Games Pvt Ltd brand with professionalism and a customer-first approach.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
Solid telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently interact with customers and handle difficult conversations professionally.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Good listening skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-pace
