Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders to translate organizational priorities into impactful people strategies and actionable HR initiatives.
Drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and capability building across supported verticals.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on people, culture, engagement, and organizational matters.
Enable high-performance culture through data-driven HR interventions and strong governance mechanisms.

Organizational Development & Change Management




Lead initiatives focused on organizational transformation, collaboration, culture integration, and employee engagement.
Drive change management interventions to support evolving business priorities, new operating models, and process implementation.
Foster a culture of agility, accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
Partner with talent acquisition teams to identify and attract high-quality talent across business-critical functions, particularly within technology and cyber security domains.
Drive talent review processes, leadership development, retention strategies, and career progression frameworks.
Support capability enhancement initiatives aligned to future business requirements.

Stakeholder & Leadership Management
